Cookie and Tracker Management Policy

At Ragalia, transparency is absolute: our business model relies on the quality of our Premium service, not on the surveillance of our visitors.

We make a strict distinction between our Showcase Website (public) and our Application (private).

1. In the Application (Private Space)

Zero Ads, Zero Trackers. The “Isabelle” artificial intelligence runs locally on your device via the downloaded application. When you use it:

  • There are no advertising cookies.
  • There are no retargeting pixels (Facebook, Google, etc.).
  • Your conversations are private and are never exploited for marketing purposes.

We use only local storage mechanisms that are strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the service (Art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act / Loi Informatique et Libertés):

  • Authentication Tokens (Auth Tokens): To secure your exchanges with the API and keep your session active.
  • Local Preferences: To memorize your interface choices (dark/light theme, language) directly on your device.

2. On the Showcase Website (www.ragalia.ai)

This is the public section where we present the product and enable its download. Here, we prioritize privacy by default.

A. Anonymous Audience Measurement (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics, a European solution recognized for its respect for privacy.

  • No Cookies: This tool does not deposit any cookies on your terminal.
  • Total Anonymity: No personal data (IP address, identifier) is stored. Data is aggregated (e.g., “50 visitors viewed the home page”).
  • Compliance: This tool is exempt from consent collection (CNIL exemption) because it is used solely for anonymous audience measurement on our own behalf.

Our site contains simple links redirecting to our community pages (LinkedIn, Discord).

  • No Spy Pixels: We do not install tracking scripts (Pixels) from these networks on our site. As long as you are navigating on Ragalia.ai, these platforms cannot track you.
  • External Navigation: If you choose to click on these links, you leave our environment. These platforms (LinkedIn, Discord) may then deposit their own cookies according to their respective policies, over which we have no control.

3. Managing Your Preferences

Since Ragalia uses no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies requiring prior consent, we do not need to impose a blocking and intrusive “Accept Cookies” banner on you.

You are browsing a site that is clean, fast, and respectful of your privacy by default.
