Cookies & Trackers
Original Language: French. In the event of any discrepancy between this English translation and the original French version, the French version shall prevail.
Our Commitment: “Zero Tracking” (Privacy by Design)
In accordance with the ethical architecture defined in our Privacy Policy, the Ragalia ecosystem (Website and Native Application) is designed to respect your privacy by default.
We certify that:
- No advertising cookies are used.
- No third-party marketing tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads) are installed.
- No data is sold to data brokers.
Consequently, your navigation on our site and the use of our application do not require a consent banner, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the CNIL guidelines (exemption for strictly necessary or anonymous trackers).
On the Website (ragalia.ai)
The website’s sole purpose is to present the service and manage administrative matters (account, support).
A. Security and Navigation (Strictly Necessary)
These elements are indispensable for the technical functioning of the site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: A security system (replacing CAPTCHAs) protecting our forms against bots. It places a temporary token (e.g.,
__cf_bm) to validate that you are human. - Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest (Security of information systems).
- Session Cookies: When you log in to the client area (“Premium”), a secure identifier is placed to maintain your active session.
- Legal Basis: Performance of Contract (Provision of the service).
B. Interface Preferences (Comfort)
To improve your experience without tracking you, we use your browser’s local storage.
- Local Storage: Memorizes your display choices (e.g.,
theme_modefor Dark/Light Mode) or your preferred language. This data remains strictly on your device.
C. “Server-Side” Audience Measurement (CNIL Exemption)
We do not use intrusive trackers. Analysis is offloaded and anonymized:
- Plausible Analytics: A European solution configured strictly according to the CNIL guidelines for consent exemption. It places no cookies and anonymizes data (IP hashing) before any storage.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: Technical analysis performed at the server level (Edge) to monitor performance (speed, errors) without profiling individuals.
On the Mobile Application (“Local-First” Architecture)
The Ragalia application is native software installed on your device. It does not run in a web browser.
In accordance with the ePrivacy directive, we inform you that the application utilizes the storage and computing capabilities of your terminal for the following purposes:
A. AI Memory (Local Database)
To guarantee the confidentiality and persistence of your AI Assistant (“Isabelle”) without the Cloud, the application writes directly to your device’s disk.
- Technologies: Standard local database (encrypted) and vector indexing system (for semantic search).
- Stored Data: Conversation history, generated memories, Persona profile.
- Justification: This storage is technically indispensable (“Strictly Necessary”). Without this write access, the AI would be “amnesic” upon each restart.
B. No Advertising Tracking (IDFA/AAID)
Unlike many free applications, Ragalia does not collect and does not access the advertising identifiers of your device (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android). Your usage of the application is totally uncorrelated from your global advertising profile.
C. Operational Reports (Technical Logs)
In the event of a critical crash, an anonymous technical report may be generated temporarily in the system files for debugging purposes.
ℹ️ UNDERSTANDING THE “SOVEREIGN” ARCHITECTURE
Ragalia is a “Local-First” application. This means that your AI Assistant’s memory resides physically in your phone, and not on our servers. Important Consequence: Uninstalling the application results in the mechanical deletion of your data by the operating system (iOS/Android). As Ragalia possesses no copy, restoration will be impossible. Please remember to include the application in your device’s encrypted backups.
Server Infrastructure (Cloudflare)
We use the Cloudflare global network to secure exchanges.
- Function: Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Content Delivery Network (CDN).
- Impact: Cloudflare analyzes connection metadata (IP, User-Agent) at the network level to block DDoS attacks, based on the legitimate interest of security.
Managing Your Preferences
The mechanisms listed above are technically indispensable for the requested service.
- On the Web: You can technically block cookies and Local Storage via your browser settings. Warning: This will prevent connection to your client account.
- On the Application: Control is exercised by uninstalling the application, which results in the immediate deletion of the local database.

The application may contain links to third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payment, LinkedIn). By clicking on these links, you leave the Ragalia environment. We are not responsible for the policies of these platforms.
