The entire solution (technical architecture, design of isolated enclaves, AI orchestration algorithms, “Isabelle” persona) was designed and developed entirely by the R&D Department of RAGALIA SASU.
This notice attests that RAGALIA SASU is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights relating to the structure and content of the Service, with the exception of duly credited open-source or third-party elements. Use of the service is subject to our Terms of Service.

D. Conversational Data (Local Storage)
Ragalia Specificity: Long-term memory data (“Journal” and “Memories”) is not hosted persistently by the aforementioned cloud providers. Intellectual Property
Any representation, reproduction, or partial or total exploitation of the contents, trademarks, graphic charter, or the “Isabelle” persona (including its style and system instructions), by any process whatsoever, without the express, written, and prior authorization of RAGALIA SASU is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
