In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), the following legal notices are brought to the attention of users and visitors of the Ragalia site and application.

Access to and use of the service imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The website ragalia.ai and the mobile application Ragalia are published and operated by:

3. Design, Development, and Property

The entire solution (technical architecture, design, AI orchestration algorithms, “Isabelle” persona) was designed and developed entirely by:

This notice certifies that RAGALIA SASU is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights relating to the structure and content of the Service, with the exception of open-source elements or third-party elements duly credited.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure

In accordance with regulations, we ensure transparency regarding our hosting providers:

A. Showcase Site Hosting (Frontend)

Vercel Inc. Web deployment platform.

B. Cloud Infrastructure & Artificial Intelligence

To operate the Service, we rely on the following providers:

Artificial Intelligence & Backend: For backend processing and access to AI models (Production Architecture), we use infrastructures located primarily within the European Union or covered by adequacy guarantees: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Vertex AI

C. Conversational Data (Local Storage)

Ragalia Specificity:

Long-term memory data (“Journal” and “Memories”) are not hosted persistently with the aforementioned providers. They are stored locally on the user’s terminal (Smartphone/PC) via an encrypted database.

5. Intellectual Property

Any representation, reproduction, partial or total exploitation of the contents, trademarks, graphic charter, or the “Isabelle” persona (including her style and system instructions), by any process whatsoever, without the express, written, and prior authorization of RAGALIA SASU is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Legal Notices are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the litigation shall be brought before the French courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris, in accordance with the rules of competence in force.
