Ragalia was founded by Jonathan Vince, a technologist driven by a “Zero Defect” philosophy.

Jonathan’s background is unconventional. Before writing a single line of code, he underwent intensive academic training in a French “Classe Préparatoire” (engineering prep), mastering logic and complex problem-solving. Disillusioned by theory without practice, he pivoted to the industrial sector.

After rigorous training in TIG and MAG welding, he became a licensed X-ray pipe welder, executing critical work for energy giants like Total and Engie. In this world, a single micro-fissure is a critical failure.
